- I got the June 2021 catalog in the mail and wanted to order the set of 3 drop point pocket knives at a special price of $31.00, but the website does not show that price . It is supposed to be buy 2, get one free. Why won't Garrett Wade honor the prices listed in the current sales catalog?
- Call our Customer Service Dept. 800-221-2942 and give them the source code on the back of the June catalog. That should solve the problem.
- I have enjoyed many of your products over the years, and seldom been disappointed. I especially like the aluminum pocket knife # 07A01.11, and have even given some as gifts. However, Recently I have had two of them come apart on me, and have not been able to find the little washers and nut and bolt that hold the single blade onto the knife. I wondered if you could send me two sets of replacement parts, the two washers and the nut and bolt pieces that hold the knife on. Also if you have suggestions for avoiding this problem in the future. I do plan to check the screws periodically, but thought you might want to know of this problem. A little stop washer might do the trick. Thanks.
