The chisels are 9” long, with ash handles and an Rc (Rockwell) hardness of 57–59. They are sized ¼”, ½”, ¾”, and 1”. The joinery mallet is .75 lbs., with a 2” wide face, and a beechwood handle. Made in France to traditional specifications, it’s the perfect tool for your woodworking projects.

"The product was good, but not as good as I expected it to be, especially for the price. It was a gift for my son, so I have not used it. But the craftsmanship in making the tools was a little shoddy, the rings at the bottom of the handles did not fit perfectly and the metal of the chisel itself did not seem top quality. I priced very high end chisels While shopping for this gift and found that they were dramatically more expensive, of course. I am not comparing your product to those. But in comparison to good quality hardware storemchisels, they are about the same and much more expensive. In general, I was struck by how good GW‘s marketing was — before during, and after my purchase — in comparison to the product sold."
